Return Policy

After sales policy

1.* * All products in our store are 1a products. If you mind, please do not purchase. It is normal for the product to experience glue overflow, peeling, unclear labeling, dirt, and logistics compression. If you mind, don't place an order. The after-sales service only supports products within 30 days after receipt. We will permanently add customers who engage in malicious returns and refunds to our blacklist.

2. * * Returns and exchanges**
-Quality issue: Supports returns and exchanges within 15 days.
-Non quality issue: Returns and exchanges do not support users selecting the wrong size, color, or style. If you need to exchange, you will need to bear the shipping cost yourself

3. * * PayPal issues
-Any customer who raises a PayPal dispute will be permanently blacklisted

4. * * Package delivery
-If the package is lost or the recipient fails to pick it up in a timely manner, or if the package is stolen, it is not within the scope of after-sales service

5.* *Delivery address issue
-If the user fills in the wrong address and the delivery fails, we cannot bear the after-sales service. For customers who fill in the wrong address, due to expensive shipping fees and other reasons, users with the wrong address will be directly added to the blacklist

6.* *Malicious return and refund
-Customers who maliciously return or refund will be permanently added to the blacklist

7.* *Blacklist
-For malicious slander, language attacks and other low-quality behaviors, operation detection will be permanently blacklisted


8.* * Returns and Refunds
-If a full refund is required, the shoes must be returned in order to receive a full refund, otherwise a full refund is not supported. Returns require the buyer to bear the shipping cost themselves

9.* *  Box squeezing**
-Squeezing the box is caused by express delivery and is not within the scope of after-sales service

10. * Product color difference
-Due to the color difference caused by each batch of production, color difference is not within the scope of after-sales service. If you have any questions, you can submit the order number to customer service to obtain the actual video of the ordered goods

11.* *  Be cautious when placing orders without taking urgent orders

12.* *Shipping issue
-Orders that have already been shipped cannot be intercepted, orders intercepted midway cannot be refunded, and all shipped goods cannot be returned to China. If an exchange is required, the user shall bear the postage. Please place your order with caution


13. * * Refund**
-After approval, the savings card and bank card will be returned to the original location within 1-3 working days, and the credit card will be returned to the original location within 3-7 working days.

14. * * User reasons**
-If the package cannot be received due to user reasons, we will not be responsible for after-sales service. If the address is incorrect, the user refuses to accept it, or the recipient cannot be contacted, we will not be responsible for after-sales service
